Delivery Policy

Oysters and are sent via refrigerated transport to the nominated collection point.

Oysters MUST be collected on the day specified.

We will contact you if you haven't collected your product, but in the event you don't collect your goods they will be returned to West Coast Oysters at your expense.

Terms and Conditions

 

 

An order can be cancelled 3 days prior to the date chosen for the collection of goods and a full refund will be issued.

Your order is not confirmed unless paid in full prior to the closing date for orders (payment must be cleared)

 

Once the product has been dispatched, we cannot accept any cancellations as it is a live product.

In the event of West Coast Oysters not being able to fulfil an order whether it be due to unsuitable harvesting conditions (weather related), or stock not available a full refund will be given.

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, or are different to the product described on the website.
